Submit a Privacy Request

I confirm that I am the person whose information is being requested, or an authorized agent acting on their behalf.
Request received. We will respond within 45 days as required by applicable law. A confirmation has been sent to the email address you provided.

Already Submitted a Lead Request?

If you have already requested installer quotes and wish to stop receiving contact from a specific provider, please contact that provider directly using the contact information in your confirmation email. HomeShark cannot retract information that has already been shared with a provider, but we can stop future sharing.

Response Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and fulfill verified requests within 45 days. If we need additional time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you and explain why.

We do not charge a fee for processing privacy requests and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Authorized Agents

California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf. We require written proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly before processing the request.
